Division of Responsibilities
ICLA SOPA (Operations & Logistics)
- Provide venue, studio setup, and instructors/coaches
- Provide sound equipment, rehearsal gear, and materials
- Manage participant check-in, safety, and onsite logistics
- Cover logistics expenses and fund ₱200,000 Facebook boost
JAMS ARTIST PRODUCTION (Promotion & Media)
- Lead promotion and advertising strategy
- Produce creatives, video teasers, and media exposure
- Manage registration platform, payment verification, and K-POP ACCESS IDs
- Manage Facebook ad campaigns and public voting platform
Marketing & Facebook Ads
- ICLA SOPA commits ₱200,000 cumulative Facebook boosting budget
- Option A (recommended): JAMS ARTIST PRODUCTION manages ad account, provides weekly reports
- Option B: ICLA SOPA runs ads; JAMS ARTIST PRODUCTION provides creatives and reporting
- ICLA SOPA to confirm preferred option
Public Voting & Korea Trip Prize
- All enrolled students will be featured on JAMS ARTIST PRODUCTION for public voting
- Top 1 participant wins an All-Expenses-Paid Korea Trip (5 days / 4 nights)
- Eligibility: valid passport, visa, parental consent (if minor), and compliance with trip terms
- Funding source for trip to be confirmed (program profit, joint marketing budget, or sponsor)
Revenue & Profit Sharing
- Gross Revenue = Tuition + Reservation Fees + Net Voting / Subscription Revenue + Other Program Income
- Direct Expenses = ICLA logistics + JAMS ARTIST PRODUCTION promotion/creative costs + platform fees + vendor fees
- Net Profit = Gross Revenue − Direct Expenses
- Profit split = 50% ICLA SOPA / 50% JAMS ARTIST PRODUCTION
- Reconciliation & distribution: within 30 days after program completion
Minimum Viability & Safeguards
- Recommended minimum enrollment: 50 students
- Refund & cancellation policies finalized in MOU
- Anti-fraud voting measures implemented
- Parental consent for participants under 18 for monetized activities
